The Larwill Studio sits out in Melbourne's north. Surrounded by lush parklands and space, you'd be forgiven in thinking this is a hotel in the suburbs. But the view tells a different story. Melbourne's city skyline takes up much of the giant windows in the lobby, as travellers sip on coffee and listen to cool music in the background. Children climb up the playground outside and the sun bares down into the massive space, providing warmth and light. Snacking on some avocado toast and preparing for a day of exploring - It's no wonder The Larwill Studio has been voted Melbourne's favourite hotel.

Only a half an hour stroll into Melbourne's CBD, you'll pass Victoria Markets. Fresh produce at market prices? Yes please. Grab a snack from a stall and smell the fresh food, listen to the workers bargaining with the hungry customers. See why it is that Melbourne is considered such a foodie's delight. After a quick feast, the famous Melbourne shopping awaits. From big name global shops to smaller handmade goodies, Melbourne is synonymous with style, and there's a chance for you to become part of that.

Perhaps the city isn't your thing. But you won't be able to resist the abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants that are scattered throughout Melbourne's eclectic north. Creamy coffees, craft beers, live music, colourful fashion litter the streets of Brunswick, North Melbourne, Carlton, Fitzroy and beyond. Jump on a Lekker bike and you'll find yourself right in the heart of hipster-ville. Vegans, vegetarians or carnivores come together to serve the good people of Melbourne up some of the tastiest treats.

Perhaps the kids need something to entertain them for the day. Have you ever heard a lion's roar from 3 kms out of the city? The Melbourne Zoo is on the doorstep of The Larwill Studio. Wander through the plains of Africa, the jungle of Central America and the Australian outback as you discover all creatures great and small.

In the summer months, as the sun sets late at night over Melbourne, sip on a cocktail from Smith + Singleton and reflect on the day you've spent exploring. In winter, take your tired but excited self down to Victoria Markets and warm up your wintery hands on a mulled wine. Jump on one of Melbourne's trams and cruise back to The Larwill Studio and into your big, comfy, soft bed for an early night. You'll need enough energy to do it all again tomorrow.

See why someone said,

"Amazing staff
Amazing rooms with amazing views
Loved how much thought has gone into the art series hotels but this one stands apart.
Beds are super comfy which is important but the use of space and immaculate presentation makes this a winner
Try it for yourself".

And what keeps The Larwill Studio as Melbourne's favourite place for a sleepover.
