Very helpful staff, spacious room with a kitchen and quiet and effective air conditioning. Only suggestion I can make is that it would be more comfortable if a couch was provided so one can relax when watching TV.

Had the best experience while I was there at the hotel. Super clean and super easy to find my way around. Easy access to nearest shops, the staff are super friendly. I will come back again if I'm in Melbourne next time. Highly recommend.

The Chen is a gem right in the heart of Box Hill. I love that they have rooms with two double beds and great in room amenities, including plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine and a great selection of teas. Staff very welcoming and helpful Breakfast at the inhouse cafe was great too. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Melbourne.
